Who we are

About the Director:

I am Heather, I have been working in healthcare for over a decade and I qualified as an intensive care nurse in 2016. With 8 years of acute and complex community care roles, I have gained vast experience in a range of nursing environments. I have worked in numerous trusts and units across the nation as an agency nurse, at each hospital learning another approach or method to deliver care.

I have always found teaching and training highly rewarding and I always knew my career would lead into education somehow. I now offer training independently utilising all my past experiences and knowledge. Furthermore, as an experienced attendee of numerous tedious training sessions, understanding that engagement is of utmost importance to not only benefit from the training but to enjoy it too!

I love to share the hints, tips and tricks that I have picked up over my nursing career to guide and help others as well as ensuring that only the highest standard of care is delivered and patient safety is maintained.

Expert-Led Training by Experienced Nursing Professionals

Our training programs are delivered by an experienced nurse who brings a wealth of knowledge and practical experience to the table. With years of hands-on practice in various clinical settings, our trainers are not only experts in their fields but also passionate about sharing their insights.

Throughout the training, participants will benefit from relevant anecdotes and real-world examples that enrich the learning experience. This approach helps to bridge the gap between theory and practice, allowing staff to relate the training content to their own experiences and challenges in the workplace.

Personalized Learning Experience with Limited Course Sizes

To ensure the highest level of engagement and participation, all our courses are limited to 10 participants. This small group setting allows for personalised attention, encouraging an interactive learning environment where each participant can actively contribute and benefit from hands-on practice.

By keeping our class sizes small, we aim to enhance the learning experience, allowing our experienced trainers to provide tailored guidance and support. This approach not only promotes deeper understanding but also encourages collaboration and discussion among participants.

Why Choose Aspire Clinical Education?

  • At Aspire Clinical Education we would always encourage face to face training as opposed to self directed study or e-learning.

Face to face training offers the following benefits:

    • Interactive training tailored to the setting and team

    • Practical, hands on experience that builds confidence

    • Real time Question and Answer with immediate feedback

    • A deeper connection with the trainer and other learners

    • An opportunity for learners to familiarise with devices and products

  • Receive training from a qualified intensive care nurse that has experienced and provided care both in acute and community settings to ensure correct technique and to learn tips and tricks to be safe and efficient.

  • With a range of complex care products and devices, attendees are able to handle, familiarise and learn to manage the devices before a client-facing setting, ensuring confidence building and enhancing the link from theory to clinical practice.
